Continuing road construction

4-27-12 I noticed this directive spray painted in the gravel where a sidewalk section will one day be. There are dozens of sections not poured yet, but this is the only segment I noticed that has not been poured that is marked that way.

The crews have gone around to the storm drains and added sand bags. I guess to keep debris out of the storm sewers. The filter cloth under the grate itself is still there as well.
