Took this picture on our walk this morning (7-1-12). It is the drainage ditch that goes along the east side of the Harlem Community Center. It was over grown with trees and brush the last time we came by on 6-27-12.

Drainage ditch work by the community center. Looks like the concrete pipe has been installed and they are hooking it up to the existing storm sewer under the street that was recently installed. I think the storm water will go into this pipe and head north.
