It is much easier to stay on a low carb diet if you don't feel deprived of the foods you love!
My signature recipes are the yeast breads. Breads that taste like REAL bread but have only 2 or 3 grams of carbohydrate per slice. You can have toast again! And sandwiches!
There are low carb versions of many "comfort foods" and old standards as well as ethnic foods and sinful desserts.
Because more and more of us are working outside the home, many of these recipes make use of pre-cooked items that can be made on the weekends and frozen for later use. Many of the recipes can be put on the table in less than half an hour.
