2013_01_12 Rock Cut State Park

Wilma and I went for a short hike before the football games started. Nice day to hike. No snow left on the horse trails. We went a little off trail though a pine woods area north of the parking lot near the route 173 entrance. We ran across a pit bull who was out walking his human.

With all of the walking that you do, you should look into Geocaching.

If you are interested, you can learn more about it at geocaching.com.

And, if you'd like someone to discuss geocaching with, I just happen to work just down the road from you...

It does not have all that much appeal to me, but it might well be good practice at using my GPS which currently is mostly used for route tracking.

I actually signed up at the site you mentioned a while back, but have not done a lot with it.
