Tall Man in Ray-Bans (A John Tall Wolf Novel)

While interviewing John for his job, Marlene was amused by his assertiveness, and asked him, “What do you want, a license to take scalps?” John said, “Yeah, that’d be good.”

[#6 - appears to be the 2nd rewrite of this book that I gave 3 stars to. Hopefully the 3rd edition deals with the many problems in the version I read.]
Free From Stackpole.
Stackpole puts a book or two up for free periodically, lately every couple of days. I have read several of their free books. Some interesting stuff. Most of what I have seen is WWII German military history, with varying quality of translation, some other military history from lesser known units, along with some fishing and other outdoors oriented books.
