Bald eagle seen along the Kishwaukee River 3-29-14

Wilma and I went for a walk yesterday. We parked in Kishwaukee River FP and walked up the bike path along the river. We saw lots of birds. I got some good pictures of this bald eagle. He was sitting in a tree across the river from the bike path. I have seen them before but this is the first one who cooperated in having his picture taken.

Got a good picture of this cardinal too.

Lots of  geese on the river too. Probably Canada goose.
