Crooked River Forest Preserve 02-17-13

This forest preserve is across the street from the Pecatonica Road entrance to Pecatonica Wetlands FP.

Wilma and I passed though the parking lot on our way home from our hike at Pecatonica Wetlands.

Not much there. A sign, small parking lot (maybe space for 2 or 3 cars), and three picnic tables. One table is up on a berm, maybe sort of a perch for bird watching.

The FP web site does not have a map of this site. Not much need I guess given there is not much there other then 200+ acres of wet weeds.
