Timex Watch Failure

My watch quit a few days ago. I woke up one morning and it had this funky thing displayed. I have had it for maybe ten years, so I got my money's worth out of it. I ordered one just like it from Walmart to replace it. I picked it up Friday.

The one I had previous was the same model just in silver tone instead of gold. I got maybe ten years out of it as well.
