I guess it was inevitable. The Chinese are now making paracord. I got this black and white hank of 100 foot for $2.50 shipped.

I "won" the auction on 4/7 and it arrived today.

I did not measure it. It appears to be about the length it claims to be.

It looks like other paracord I have purchased including having seven inner strands. I looked it over pretty closely and can see no obvious differences between it and the normal paracord I have previously purchased, other than color, although apparently you can have it made in just about any color you want these days. I even bought some pink and gave it to my wife. It was the more expensive stuff though, made in the USA supposedly.
