PLEASE. Do everyone a favor and write an Amazon review if you end up reading a book (or trying to and giving up in disgust). It does not have to be much. Just tell what you think of the book. By the way, most of the time I have found the 1 and 2 star reviews on self published works to be far more revealing about the book than the more stellar reviews.
From the top 100 free list
I did not list any of them since they don't interest me much, but there are several religious oriented books on the list today that some might be interested in. Click on the link above and search through the Free List Tab if you are interested in such books.
Fuzzy Navel - A Thriller (Jack Daniels Mysteries)
[#10. 2nd day. The author is regularly on the list. Based on the review spread the book may not appeal to everyone, not that any book does.]
Storm Surge
[#13. A 3 star reviewer wrote "I found, however, it was well written, but I had to stop reading. I was having nightmares, which is unusual for me." 3rd day.]
The Eden Project: Humanity's Last Chance
[#27. 2nd day. Has that "young adult" feel to it. Might be more suitable for young teens than adults.]
Code: The sequel to the #1 Techno-thriller, Cipher (Book 3 of the Robin Hood Hacker Series)
Small Pox. Once thought eradicated, has reemerged...weaponized. The Hidden Hand is once again trying to cull the world's population.
Only Ronnie, Zach, and Quirk stand in their way.
From an explosive maximum security prison break to One Direction concert, Code is chalk full of the twists, turns, and gadgets you have come to expect from the Robin Hood Hacker series.

[#34. From an author regularly on the list. I don't recall reading any of her stuff.]
Elisha's Bones (A Jack Hawthorne Adventure Book #1)
[#39. 4th day. Mixed reviews, but lots of them. Might be a book that has niche appeal.]
Shot of Tequila
[#40. 2nd day. From an author regularly on the list. I got the book for free previously but have not looked at it.]
The Night of Knives
Veronica Kelly came to Africa to start her life over. Still reeling from her divorce, she is grateful when a handsome stranger invites her to join a tour to visit gorillas in Uganda's wild Impenetrable Forest. A trip that goes desperately wrong when their group is captured by brutal gunmen.
Then one tourist is executed.
And then another.
This is no random kidnapping: their abduction is only the first move in a deadly strategic game. A game in which Veronica's ex-husband is somehow involved.
Now she must embark on a wild journey across Africa, to unveil a malignant conspiracy before it consumes entire nations - and thousands of lives...
